Applied Materials EQMS gathers information from multiple sources and automatically notifies appropriate users for required decision-making. The system uses pre-defined workflow rules to determine next steps and ensures notification of a quality issue in a timely manner. Completed forms are stored in a data base and become the audit trail required to meet regulatory compliance.
