Packaged Services from Applied Materials are designed specifically to aid you in implementing Applied Materials software products, and to assist you in managing issues that develop from planned or unplanned growth, and the evolution of your production environment. We currently offer the following packaged services: - FACTORYworks Upgrade Assessment - For FACTORYworks 2.x customers to provide proven methodologies and lessons learned to execute a CIM wide evaluation of a FACTORYworks 3.X migration through the FACTORYworks Migration Pack.
- FACTORYworks Database Service - This is a FACTORYworks 2.5.1 database maintenance service to identify and purge obsolete site models, areas, and equipment from the database to improve FACTORYworks database and overall system performance.
- Xsite Upgrade Assessment - For Xsite 2.8.1 customers to help them assess the migration to Xsite 3, through detailed analysis and application of best practices for the migration of data and testing of the migrated Xsite 3 systems.
- RTD Quick Start - Provides proven methodologies in a workshop environment for Real Time Dispatcher (RTD) rule development, implementation planning, system testing and production roll-out along with specific HW/SW deployment for customer's needs.
- SPACE Quick Start - Customers learn how to install and quickly configure the SPACE server, SPACE LDS, and SPACE adapters as the basic requirements for 'pulling a point' from the EDC system through to a SPC chart.
- PROMIS Health Check - Health Check analyzes substandard system performance and provides recommendations for optimization. This is a crucial step as systems age and no longer have the hardware, software configuration, system settings, or database parameters required for optimal operation.
