This service typically focuses on the customer's specific application, providing user interface training, proper start-up/shutdown procedures, system maintenance, and all other basic or complex functions.
This "real world" training is focused on the customer's final delivery. Custom training usually requires the attendees to participate in the 'basic' Brooks product training prior to participating in the custom or advanced class.
