  • Interbay & Intrabay Transport and Control
  • Integrated RTD - CLASS interceptor enables dispatching and scheduling in real-time using a pre-integrated real time dispatcher.
  • RF and Barcode Reader Identification - available for a wide assortment of ID equipment sets.
  • Application Program Interface (API) - enables rapid support for a wide variety of hosts and host protocols. Provides a consistent interface between the customer's material handling business rules and CLASS MCS. Ethernet communication channels and serial interfaces are available including MES, and other custom applications.
  • Graphical User Interface - provides operators with factory-at-a-glance view, displaying status and performance characteristics of the material handling equipment. Multiple open windows allow for viewing of alarms and messages while controlling individual material movement.
  • SECS I/II, GEM and HSMS Protocols - used to interface with stockers and transport systems from various manufacturers. Supports IBSEM and STORAGE SEM.
  • Real Time Database Manager & Log File - tracks all transactions including errors, moves, communications to the host and robotic equipment.
  • System-wide security - limits operator access to functions based on user identification and password.
  • Emulator - provides means to exercise CLASS without connecting to actual hardware or a host to conduct.
