AUTOSCHED AP EXTENSION DEVELOPMENT
Description: This workshop provides instruction for creating customized extensions of AutoSched AP models in Visual C++.
Who Should Attend: Users who have taken the AutoSched AP Introductory course and have advanced C (or C++) experience. (C++ is the language used to customize AutoSched AP.) Attendees must thoroughly understand pointers, structures (classes), memory management, and compilation concepts prior to coming to the course.
Detail: This course focuses on creating custom extensions with the AutoSched AP framework (an object-oriented class library) and tools. You will write C++ code during the course to help you understand the following material:
- Customizing actions and action lists
- User fields and user attributes
- Event lists, work lists and work plans
- Subscriptions, notifications and statistics
- Custom rules and ranks
- Calendars and unavailable actions
- Reading and manipulating custom files
Length:The five day class will start at 8:30 am on Monday and last until 12:00 Noon on Friday
Cost: $2,500 per person
