PROMIS/UNIX SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
In this 2 day class, you will learn about the architecture of PROMIS. This lecture course concentrates on the relationship between PROMIS, UNIX and ORACLE. It covers basic management functions like system startup and shutdown procedures, submitting and monitoring builds. You will learn about the structure of the PROMIS database; how to do basic system monitoring and tuning; how to add PROMIS user accounts and how to customize PROMIS for your site.
PREREQUISITES
Basic Understanding of PROMIS; Working Knowledge of UNIX, Working Knowledge of Oracle.
