Pre-structured environment for modeling path-based movement
Path mover systems can be used to simulate any type of vehicle system in which vehicles follow a specific route or path. For example, manually operated lift trucks or automated guided vehicles. Vehicles in path mover systems can also represent people who move along a predetermined path or route.

Path-based movement modeling is done easily, accomodating routing, collision avoidance and vehicle scheduling. The shortest route between pick-up and delivery points is automatically calculated or can be over-ridden using control points.
